Corvidae pieces are made to be worn and lived with. Here’s how to care for them, and what to do if they need repair.
Our Quality Promise
Every Corvidae piece is assembled and checked before it leaves the nest.
If you receive your item damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days, with photos, so we can review and make it right.
We want you to feel confident ordering from us.
Wear & Care
Corvidae pieces are wearable accessories and will age based on how they are used. To help your piece last longer:

Avoid prolonged water exposure.

Remove before swimming or bathing.

Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and cleaning products.

Store dry when not in use.
Daily-use items such as keychains and bag charms naturally experience more wear than occasional-wear pieces.
Normal finish wear over time is expected and is not considered a defect.

If your piece breaks from normal use, we may be able to repair it.
Repairs are assessed case-by-case and may involve a small service fee depending on the parts and labour required.

Swaps & Resizing
Need an adjustment? We offer:

Services are subject to availability and may involve a small fee.
Parts Replacement
If a component wears out over time, we may be able to replace individual parts instead of the entire piece.
This helps extend the life of your item while keeping your original build intact.
